Situated on the banks of the Dordogne, 3 minutes from Beynac and all the major points of interest of the Golden Triangle of the Périgord Noir ( La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Le Musée de la Noix, Marquessac, Sarlat-la-Canéda ).

The house, with a swimming pool, is situated in a large park of 1.3ha in the middle of a walnut grove by the river.

In gloomy weather, a warm lounge awaits you in front of the fireplace. For the amateurs, an American billiard table is at your disposal to spend good evenings, board games, a screen of 85¨ and DVDs.

We put at your disposal 2 large bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet.

For the more sporty, you can go down the Dordogne by canoe, with departures 100m from the house.

Upstairs, another small living room allows you to isolate yourself a little, to leaf through the books at your disposal or to prepare your visits of this beautiful region.

For safety reasons due to the proximity of the river, we regret that we are unable to accommodate your dear little blonde heads and our four-legged friends. The rooms are located upstairs, so the house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

For lovers of prehistory, Les Eyzies de Tayac at 19 km and Les Grottes de Lascaux at 38 km, in a magnificent setting along the Vézère river.
